 Let me tell you why I want to be round.
The Japanese round shape dolls are known as Daruma (達磨) and its purpose is to remind you to stay focus on dreams.
Daruma makes a great personal talisman to push persistence because it is closely related to the Japanese proverb “Fall down seven times, get up eight” ( 七転び八起き). Daruma’s unique rounded shape allows it to return to its original position even if knocked over, representing persistence💪

  • The zazen posture is one with the legs folded under the body, and the meditation involves clearing the mind of distracting thoughts to achieve a mental concentration.
